oh please dont. I know how you feel, we argue about xmas too - whose relatives are where and so on, its a very devisive time of year.

Sometimes, if you are upset, the sobbing can be self perpetuating. Can you get out of the house and get some fresh air on a walk or something?

Is there anyone you can ring? If not, just keep talking here. Everyone will chip in and help you.
