No, my husband found them online. We had never had a new kitchen and honestly were very naïve. Luckily, we found a totally brilliant local builder who put things right for us.

Absolute rip off scam artists. I'm so angry!

Yes, but it’s a rent by the week sort of place.Ive already checked it out, hence how I know it’s serviced/ virtual.
That’s the address they declared when they opened the business, but it’s not in a scammers interest to update it before the fold again.
They could simply have stopped paying the rent to use an office or more likely to forward their mail. Do you not understand. It’s a technique to lose people like you.
Last count there were 42 businesses at that postal
Address, probably very few are actually based there.
You can’t go there and speak to them.

Yes I do understand. I was simply making a point that this was the last known address, and now I can verify it if needed.

Look up the word "sociopath" in the dictionary. Or just remember that criminals wouldn't be criminals if they were nice, kind, thoughtful people!

You could try a chargeback with your bank (and then the financial ombudsman if the bank reject your chargeback claim) before starting legal action.

It may not be successful, but at least it won't cost you anything other than a little time.
