They haven't filed accounts yet as they are a 'new' (changed their name again,) company - set up in December 2018, after dissolving another name. A ploy they use I believe.
As far as I can tell, they were opened, sent back to the PO and the Po returned them to us0 -

If you've got the right address, and are confident they'll have assets to satisfy a judgement, continue as if they'd received the letters and ignored them.
Thank you, I will. They easily have the assets, the amount of people they are ripping of!0 -
Please name and shame this awful company.0

We paid by card - the 'architect' first, then the delivery men. Luckily we didn't pay for the fitting0

Just to confirm since you mention changing their name, it was the company set up in dec 18 that you contracted with after that date?
If it was the dissolved company then you may be out of luck.
As for paying by card, credit or debit? And who did you pay?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

It is the company set up in December yes. We paid by debit card. First payment was to the 'architect' ( AKA the man who came round and drew picture for us.) Then we paid the delivery men. Stupidly, again, we didn't actually take notice of contact details.0 -

Serviced offices are often used by scammers . They can rent an office or a virtual office for a few months then move on making it difficult to trace them.
From what I’ve seen they are complete scammers .
Do I take it you found them
