The EA details are a bit strange. 'Separate upstairs bathroom' ? As opposed to what?

That would usually indicate that the bathroom contained the bath & sink while the toilet was next door on its own. The details themselves don't show that this is the case.

The main problem with the place really is that it backs onto the river. Which in itself is quite alright - bit of a bonus really - but the fact is that on the other bank there is a public footpath. Quite alright if its milfs pushing their perambulators quietly along the river on a sunny afternoon - but what when its a bunch of local chavs smoking weed and drinking cheap vodka and hurling abuse and beer cans at you will you enjoy your cream tea? Maybe not such a bonus methinks!

Blimey we saw loads of houses on that road last year but wouldnt have paid more than 250k to live around there - most of the places just had too much we didnt like. In the end we decided we wouldnt want to live in tonbridge itself but in the villages around is ok (we went to Hildenborough instead).

    Leave them to it mate!
