Aye, it has been one of the weirder threads I've seen.
Didn't help that they posted in "Consumer Rights", but then again I can't think off the top of my head for a more suitable place? There's also a "consumer" element to it in that OP uses the services provided.0 -

I usually agree with the poster of reply #21 about wrongly posted threads but maybe in this case pogofish should have specified which board they thought more appropriate.
And possibly helped a newbie by asking a board guide to move the thread.0
