Currys: claiming cashback on a purchase

Apologies if this is in wrong section!
I bought a Beko oven from Currys with £50 cashback, claimable 32 days after purchase, with a 10 day window to claim.
It is now time to claim.
I mailed Currys...no reply...so I called customer service, after 10 mins they directed me to
https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/oven-cashback-510-commercial.html
but there is nowhere to claim it as far as I can see!
Anyone know what to do?
Thanks

What date did you make the purchase? The offer only started on 8th of May so the earliest the 32nd day after purchase could possibly be is tomorrow so it's probably just that you have been a little bit too eager and the offer claim form has not yet gone live.0

Well spotted. It was indeed the 8th. I'm a day too early.:DThis post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0 -
Hi, I to am having issues claiming cash back. Every time I enter my details to claim I get the error session has expired please refresh! I have waited the 32 days after purchase and everyday since, phoned the “helpline” to be given an email address that is undeliverable.
Anyone else having issues?0 -

I managed to get mine. BUT
I purchased 2 ovens on the same receipt, apparently T & C's state that you have to make 2 separate purchases to claim for both!
I tried to explain that if I had made 2 purchases I would almost certainly have had to have 2 delivery slots.
TheY refused to pay out £50 for one! This post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0 -

Hi all, first-time post born of frustration. Looking for advice to break a cashback stalemate as it appears there may be some relevant experience on here...
Bought a pyrolytic Hotpoint oven from Currys on Aug 1st, came to claim cashback 32 days later and website stated promotion no longer available.
Cut to 2 weeks after claim attempt and now currently being bounced between Currys and Hotpoint, neither of which want to resolve. My focus is on Currys as I entered into a sales contract with them not Hotpoint.
My questions around mis-selling, why display promos that will not be honoured, general lack of accountability/customer service etc. etc. remain resolutely ignored each time and I basically just get referred to the other party in all comms to-date :wall:
Was tempted to return item but of course the beauty is you've exceeded 21 day return period whilst waiting for 32-42 day cashback claim window...
Cashback was a significant driver for purchase as with £100 off it was a killer deal compared to all the other fine purveyors of electricals.
I should state I've never had an problem with Currys up to now but that has generally been shop purchases. Maybe the writing was on the wall this time when they initially tried to deliver the wrong oven.
Any tips on how to break the stalemate? Any alternative contacts other than those in public domain? Worth trying social media, trading standards?

What were the terms of the cashback you saw advertised? I can't find any record of a cashback deal since May/June with claims allowed up until the end of July.0 -
Didn't take details or screenshot, also offer not detailed on email order confirmations. As I recall promo box did not contain limitations/expiry dates only details of claim process with helpful advice to put it in your calendar so you didn't forget to claim. As such I took promo at face value as I have done for every online order I've placed in the last 15 years or more.
If it was a hangover from the previous promo as you've detailed then fine. All Currys have to do is just hold their hands up and say they were tardy removing promo from the item. That said, it was still there several days after the 1st (if promo ended on the 30th) when I checked stock status (item was on back order at the time I placed my order).
Is it also not asking too much that cashback promos are removed from items in a timely manner ie. 32-42 days before promo end date?
These are the questions I've asked of Currys who resolutely refuse to answer directly and instead consistently try to deflect onto Hotpoint and vice versa.0
