WH Smith Money Off Coupons (+ Clubcard)

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I have had trouble with WHSmiths over the last few days and have finally got through to customer services, The website is taking payment for orders placed with a giftcard, but not placing the order - do not try to use giftcards online with WHsmiths

they are sending me out a new gift card - but it means I won't be able to get the book I wanted in time - you can order in store with giftcards for store collection

hope this helps someone avoid the hour or so spent on hold to whsmith customer services
