@sourcrates
So far the buyer from China opened the whole claims for all in total €2,875 until today 26/05/2020. It's so much over he paid in totall payments to me to PayPal which is €2,239.30 ( €636.30 profit for him and looks like PayPal will accept the whole cases, still 4 under reviewing)
I don't know what to do do aparat a response for each claims. Definitely he wants scam me.
What if I am currently repaying two debits to a bank? In this case, can I be treated gently?Thank you.

Hi all,
I received email from Moorcrof Debt recovery. Please read below.
I had have opened the 11 different cases with the same buyer ( The guy from China scammed me) sorry far 5 cases finished and 6 still ongoing.
The paypal after 120 days sold my negative balance to Moorcrof Debt recovery. I have spoken today with PayPal Customer service and they told me the negative blanace can be less if I win any of the 6 cases still ongoing or the negative balance can stay the same as is now.
I didn't receive any letter from MDRL. COM but only email.
Please any of you goosebumps souls can give me some advice?
I wish to pay back this negative balance but I wish I could do it with PP but they don't accept any arrangements etc.Moorcroft Reference Number: ######$ (E-CONT)

Then pay it back through Moorcroft, thats why they are contacting you.They have not sold your debt, it clearly states in the email "WE ACT ON BEHALF OF PAYPAL", that means they are collecting the debt on behalf of their client.If you want to pay the debt i don`t see your problem ???I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I have already one debt set up with Stepchange Charity. Do I need to let them know or just leave and deal differently with Moorcrof? Maybe better is speak with Step Change and add this debt from Moorcrof?
Thank you for advice.0 -

I'm sorry to learn about what happened Robert. In regards to this, please disregard any third party agency that is trying to get the money from you as we have our own collections team that will follow up on you regarding your negative balance. I advice that you do not pay the amount for the negative balance to a third party agency since PayPal has it's own method of collecting payments from you. Thank you for clarifying this with us Robert.Feel free to reply whenever you're ready and we'll reply as soon as we can0
