This is my first comp post so hope its ok......

I had this sent to me the other day, is really annoying but worth doing.

Highest I got was 55 - can't seem to extend the time very well How long must the guy who is in 1st & 2nd have played this for? :eek:

I think I read somewhere that people who are able to code these games are also able to 'cheat' at similar games written by other people?

...hopefully that's an urban myth and I'm just Myz Paranoid lol

Unfortunately it's true that it's quite easy to cheat at flash games -- you don't even need any coding ability - there are programs you can download which will help you do it with a bit of fiddling... makes a bit of a mockery really!

I got 255 the other day, I managed to get 2 very high stacks with a few of the red boxes. There is no way I would be able to get over 1,000

Right, I've done a bit of research!

DISCLAIMER: Any acts of hacking described herein were carried out purely for research purposes, and any artificially high scores attained were not submitted - this was an exercise to fulfil my curiosity, not my dishonesty!

After playing the game for a bit, I agree that it would be fairly tricky to get scores of 3000+ by honest means, so I carried out a little experiment, and after about 15 minutes of fiddling with a cheating program, I managed to get the following score:



(the last digit is cut off -- presumably because the game wasn't expecting such a high score? -- but the score is 3000)

If I can cheat the game so easily to get such an inflated score (I think I actually scored about 90 in that game - I'm not very good at it ), I would expect that at least some of the high scores on the leaderboard were achieved in a similar way.

It's not worth it. What a rubbish comp.

ETA: Sorry OP for the negativity, for your first post it's a good post.
The rubbish comment above is for the specific game, which has the potential to be a fair and honest comp, but as it's been pointed out, cheating is rife and totally unfair on the rest of us.

....well unless they are bombarded with emails asking whether these people cheated or not they are unlikely to care I don't think....

.... it's mostly these huge sites that I never get emails replied to as well..it's the small companies that actually reply within a day or so I find
