It is reasonable that some one with lots of time to spare can reach thousands of points, i currently have 900 odd and 500 days left till christmas....there is a nack to it
im going to be here a long time lol
How the 'eck do you do this?!
I have spent HOURS and HOURS trying to get a rush of ipoints bonuses to stay in the running. Is it just a matter of luck - or is there a way that you can force ipoints hand?

sure, only collect the special ipoint pressies, avoid the other worthless ones as a high stack makes catching the ipoint pressies more difficult. if you start well youll double your time. Then collect more ipoints pressies... 10-15 of them each time is best and youll find after a while you cant lose0

you need the luck of a good start, thats all. After that its easy, however my computer was running soo slow i gave up at just over a thousand points. I was able to leave and walk around my house and only loose a few days lol. this is the best way though, as the amount of bonus time you get seems to increase exponentially the more ipoints you stack0

I emailed and asked what was happening with all the scores as it's obvious some people are using cheats, they sent an email saying that they are working with the IT people and any scores that are fraudulent will be deleted. Highest I've managed to get is 450 ish I think0

At least you got a reply from them, I emailed them on Monday but still havent have a reply.
The highest I have got so far is 447 and that was a struggle.
I thought Ipoints had removed the scoreboard? As is seems to of reappeared again, still with the stupidly high scores.
Thanks for all you nice comments about me feeling a bit disheartened about posting this.
I have only started comping this week, so fingers crossed I win something as have never won anything.Wins This Year - 2/1 Dog coat.

It says you have untill the 17th of dec to collect as many presents as you can and climb to the top of the leader board .... So any ideas whats going on or why I can't find me on the leader board i'm a member am i missing something ?????

Thanks to ipoints for taking the time to post here. I had geven up playing because I thought there was no chance if there were people cheating. At least we know that ipoints are taking their comps seriously and even though I don't think I stand a chance of getting in the top 3 I will start playing again now knowing that the scores are genuine2008 won £5119.04 :j
2009 won so far £0:rotfl:
All together now..........

As many of you on this forum are well aware, there has recently been a significant amount of fraudulent activity relating to the top scores on the “shop till you drop” game.
<o></o>
We are well aware of which results that have been created fraudulently and these will be removed from the final score list.
<o></o>
Unfortunately in the interest of maintaining the security of the scoring system we have had to remove the scoreboard from the site.
<o></o>
However rest assured we will maintain the spirit of fun and competition and the game, along with the prizes for the top three scorers will continue.
<o></o>
We wish you the best of luck playing and a Merry Christmas.

The ipoints team
I've only just noticed that "ipoints" registered, purporting to be from the company. Assuming you are genuine, all I can say is what utter arrogance to try and lecture others.
Your comments are a disgrace.
You have a company that persistently let's down customers (including many, many MSE'ers,) continually fails to credit legitimate ipoints gained through promotions, and doesn't respond to CS emails querying that failure (is that fraud?) and blames long delays on ordered goods on your partners rather than taking the responsibility yourselves.
Your communication and appreciation of customers would be a joke if it weren't so tragic.
Don't you EVER come back to MSE again to lecture anyone here again until you have put your own house in order.
A personal apology and some humility from Robert Barker would be a good first step rather than any more of this anonymous garbage.
At the moment, I candidly think that with such a dreadful track record, Trading Standards might be doing everyone a favour if they shut you down.0
