I see that "Govia Thameslink Railway" have failed to add the "Ltd" on the "summons" so technically no legal entity has been stated.

You have left unique information on show which will allow the claimant to identify you

Gah, deleted the link again. Act in haste, repent at leisure. If it's the summons letter you are referring to I can revisit at home, otherwise I'll have to have an even better look! I will also redact exact timings of when they say it all took place.

This is indeed concerning. Does this alter the standard advice to ignore until the 6 months times out?
Should delaying tactics now be the recommended approach to reduce the chances of Mags Court being the outcome?

Not sure how Saba/ZZPS benefits here, so why this would be a path they take rather than escalating threatening letters.

This is the first one that has happened. Consequently it's an evolving situation.

In saying that this is a case of more than one ticket which is unusual. Other posters have successfully managed a time out by ignoring. As such until any new developments occur I think the safest option is to carry on and evaluate when we have more information.

    You’ve gone very quiet - I hope it doesn’t mean you’ve settled.

Have a look at this Pepipoo thread where a useful angle on your case is discussed. http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=128293
The view so far is the Magistrates don’t have the power to make a civil order regarding Byelaw 14.4.1
