Hi sorry to jump the thread but is this a big enough find for a another 'golden ticket' opportunity to be caught at the POPLA stage? if so does anyone have any legal jargon I could test this with? If successful I can share on the POPLA threads?

Is what a big enough ........... and yes it is poor etiquette to hi-jack someone else's thread apart from being very difficult to give different advice to two different posters on the same thread.  You could read the NEWBIE sticky and if you cannot find your advice there, jut start your own thread and get bespoke advice.
