If it were me, I would phone TSB and ask them. As you have met their Classic Plus conditions.I double checked and logged Into my online banking ... I do have online banking as well so am still unsure why I am not getting any interest ... can anyone advise ?
TSB say in their Classic Plus t&c's:What do you need to do to earn interest?
You must:- pay at least £500 into your account each month and
- be registered for Internet Banking, Paperless Statements and Paperless Correspondence.
