yes it is paperless and I do have the online banking app ... could I be missing something else ?I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0 -
Historically, yes, but their current Ts & Cs (dated 8 April 2019) now state "Interest is paid by the 2nd of each month". Wonder if anyone checked yesterday?

Yep, was definitely in yesterday. It was notable as I hadn't realised there had been a change and I hadn't been expecting it.0 -

No they don't.

What do you need to do to
earn interest?
• You must:
pay at least £500 into your account each month and
be registered for Internet Banking, Paperless Statements and Paperless Correspondence.
• If you don’t do this each month, we won’t pay you credit interest for that month.
• If you don’t do this over a longer period, we’ll convert your account to a Classic account.
If we convert your account, your overdraft, sort code and account number will stay the same.
We’ll contact you so you have time to meet the conditions before we do this.0 -
You should not expect to see your interest for last month until tomorrow. TSB always credit the Plus interest on the second working day of the monthI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0
