What is the correct process, i have read a few things online, just want to make sure i am going in the right track as i believe it is a fee of £25 to instruct the court. Or is ther another path?
I think to instruct bailiffs to call on Gladstones is around £100
You get this back when they either collect cash or if Gladstones don't have the money, they can seize goods to be sold off.
Failure can be escalated to the High court which would result in maybe DCBL (can't pay we'll take it away) fame
Scammer collecting from a scammer ..... that would be fun0 -
a warrant of control is what Bargepole has mentioned in the past
its on the MCOL information site0 -
The court judgment is to ES parking not Gladstones, is it not enforcing a judgment?

Perhaps you should send them a letter giving them seven days to pay before issuing a warrant of control?0

The Judge gave them an extra week because of christmas, and it should have been paid by this Monday, and I have waited another week, by the time I get round to filing the form it would have been over 4 weeks. I think they have made their minds up to not pay. I could be wrong but all that would do is add the intrest to the debt. I get the feeling i will have to issue it anyway0 -
Brilliant, love it! Be quick in case the money arrives and it costs you a wasted fee.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
