  • Be quick in case the money arrives and it costs you a wasted fee.

That's the worry do i leave it a bit or get it in now, only for them to pay whilst its being processed. These PPC really are a PITA.....

Just get it done now. They process warrants pretty quickly, and I would still add on the fee for it even if they pay late, as they have broken the courts order.
  • Argghh Bloody cheque came today, dated 2 days after it was supposed to be here BUT it was at least hand written from Gladstones :) Thought it would be from ES.

I had completed the N323 and everything. :(

Cash it quick before it self-destructs! Hope you hadn't paid the fee for the N323.

I expect it will cost ES more than the face value of the cheque as Gs will add their 'professional charges' for writing and its despatch to you! :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

it really makes my day when the tables are turned and although these companies and ghost solicitors like to make threats about court and CCJ,s etc , it must stick in their craw when they lose at their own game , especially when they lose bigtime like this

the mere fact that they had to authorise Gladrags to issue the cheque must have been galling but I wish it happened a lot more, as a push back to their lies , half truths and greed

    again , well done
  • I am a little disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to send in the bailiffs :(

But you can feel the love in the sparsity of words :)
