Pendle - Why don't you start a thread yourself, that way you will get plenty of people reading it and offering advice (not that you're not welcome here.....far from it.....the more the merrier.....it's just that this tends to be general chat, and I think from the sound of it you are needing more specific help).

There's a sticky thread at the top of the debt free wannabe forum which explains how to do an SOA - if you're willing to share yours with us, we might be able to give you some pointers.

There are also some letter templates I can dig out for you that you can send to your creditors, to try and reduce the amount of hassle you are getting on the phone.
