Oops!
I'm sitting with the laptop, pretending to study when I'm really on here. Anyways, BF is in the kitchen and I heard him kicking hell out of the washing machine (has a dodgy start button/door catch) but he wasn't getting anywhere. I went through to sort it out then I remembered... in a bid to save a little bit more dosh I've been going round switching things off at the plug and I had forgotten to tell him.:p
He's about to cook dinner. Do you think I should tell him about the switch for the oven?:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on

Good luck at the party Bunny.
Mupeteer, I too in a bid to save money turned many things off at the sockets and the fuse box before we went on holiday. Unfortunately I forgot to tell my mum who called out an electrician:o. She wasn't impressed and gave me the £50 call out bill from him. Thankfully he didn't charge for doing any work cos he was tickled pink by it all:D! Saying that I agree with Keren, sit back and have a giggle!
