Had the interview today, I feel it went well but unlikely to know the outcome until the end of the week. I reminded them that I'd prefer to work 4 days per week rather than full time (have been upfront about this at each stage of the application/interview process) and also stated that I would expect the offer to be in the upper ranges of the advertised salary range and gave lots of examples as to why I'm worth it
The culture of this organisation seems much more inline with my own values and I feel like I've managed to build a good rapport with both interview panels I've met with, both groups would be people I'd work with or report to so first impressions are good, fingers crossed I get offered the job!
In other news DS2 is now 4!!! He had a lovely time on his birthday as lots of family members came to visit him in the days leading up to his birthday and he was over the moon with his new tablet. His cousins came for a small tea party on the afternoon of his birthday so we did some traditional party games too which was fun
August free money update:
Since the last update the following amounts have come in -£5.00 Amazon voucher from Kantar £4.70 Chase rewards £5.23 Santander rewards£2.00 Lidl rewards £5.30 Prolific £10.00 SnapMyEats £3.16 TCBAugust total £160.85 this money is being set aside for treats when we're on our holiday next week
Have also listed a few more items on Vinted and have a few sales in progress which should bring in just over £30 once they're all delivered.
DH off this week but we're not up to much, DS1 is at a free holiday club. DH took DS2 to soft play while I had the interview today and not much else planned for the next few days other than needing to pack for next week. Also need to get the boys to try on school uniform to see what we need as both of them have had a summer growth spurt. Plenty of DS1's old outgrown items there for DS2 but I'm pretty sure DS1 needs new trousers and possibly some new shoes but hopefully not much more needed.2 -
