Webmail Homecall & Toucansurf problem

Just been sorting this out for my Dad - looks like the IMAP part of the server is down, but if you change the settings to POP3 it works with mail apps on Windows 10 and Ipad - would keep you going till they sort the webmail out!0

Looks like we are back on line. Am now able to access my homecall account via a web browser0

Once you get back in set up your Outlook system to access these email and store them. Alternatively I am sure you can set up Yahoo and other providers to access them, thereby storing them on a reliable providers servers.0
