Hi Robin,
I sent you the bill over PM. It seemed to let me attach the picture there....Did you get it?0 -
Sorry Joe1987 - I got the message but my PC blocked the contentNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Ah. Sorry. Not sure how else to send it. No worries Robin...I really appreciate you taking the time to help me on this. : )
Sure ill be able to sort it directly with Eon0 -
I've managed to save the bill to a host site but can't post it here yet.
Doesnt appear to be any debit. The last line says £130 CR ?
Host your picture on an image hosting site e.g. tinypics and post a broken link on here.
e.g. insert some spaces to the link so the forum does not recognise it as a valid hyperlink. This will allow you as a new user to post an external link.0 -

I have storage heaters in my home - a small, one bedroomed cottage.
Over the past two years, I've found that with the settings on Input 5 and Output 3, my heaters cost approximately £1 a day each with Eon Economy 7.
I only normally use the one in the lounge as I am retired and home during the day. I use fan heaters as and when required in the bedroom and bathroom, which is much more efficient than using storage heaters in rooms not occupied very much."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Joe1987 - have you any statements which include the DD payment of £80
There isn't one shown on the one you have given us - it would seem to show you owe over £2000. I wonder if any of your DD have been taken.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Hi,
Yeah, it's on my bank statements. Should it show on the bill as well as payments recieved?0 -
How did this £2000 come about?
If Robin9's rough estimate of £1600 per annum usage is about right, you'd only be £680 in debt after a year, having paid £80 per month. Even if usage was £2k, your debt would only be £1k.
It does look like a detailed analysis of all bills going back 12-24 months is needed.0
