Just to give an update on my PPI complaint through RBS I have today received a response offering me just under £1500. Maybe my complaint wasn't so weak afterall!
Some on this thread made it sound like it would be a waste of time putting a complaint in with no proof I even had ppi on the loans however I suppose everyone's wrong sometimes 🙂
I would encourage anyone else in my position to put their claims in before the end of August before it's too late.
The worst they can say is No!

Some complainants used the two complaint reasons more or less in the same paragraph . . it's one or the other, can't be both :rotfl:
Previous posters were just advising it was / is one of the weakest complaint reasons going.
