OP I hope you didnt send that to Watchdog and Panorama ?

What do you think that will do, Panorama is a current affairs docu programme, not quite sure Starling is something they are interested in, nor can Watchdog & Panorama decide if Starling has the banking licence revoked, its a preposterous idea, the licence wont be revoked on your say so nor just for this issue nor is it of any use to Watchdog or Panorama since they also cant revoke licences.

Nothing wrong with Starling, its a great bank.

OP why did you not get it transfered into a high street bank and then drip feed it into your Starling account ?

Why is steal in capitals ?

I get your annoyed but you need to complain then if after 8 weeks no reply then ypu go to the ombudsman rather than send the letter of comedy you posted here to WD and Panorama.

I grade it as a D, consisted of some skull duggery, underhand tactics but too short and not enough suspence.

Starling are obviously particularly atrocious at half term.

Basically the account is under review - when they complete the review and only then will Starling or any other bank let you have access to the funds (or not!).
Starling won't give a COOT about your complaint and I think you are making a TIT of yourself.
