Gardening Express selling dead plants

There's some really unfriendly comments on this thread but having just received dead plants from this company I agree with the OP. Do not buy from this company. I was tempted by their marketing of wonderful lush plants and received half dead rubbish that would be in the 'get rid for 50p' section of B&Q. Having only read the reviews when too late (yes my fault), lesson learned, but I don't think it's fair to call someone a drama queen for calling a company out for bad service on this site.

Firstly I have actually been a member on here several years but had to start a new account due to an old email issue but obviously in your little world number of posts matter!
Secondly the name of this forum is praise, vents and warnings - which is exactly what the OP and I have done - warned others. Isn’t that what this forum is for? Oh hang on no - it’s so keyboard warriors can wait until the early hours to finally get chance to use the word ‘snowflake’. You’ve given me a laugh anyway.

Perhaps they are, but the type of response that you gave to the earlier posts - "all reported", the advice given was actually the best way of dealing with things. Simply because people don't get all indignant and start weeping for your disappointment, hand ringing and stamping feet doesn't make their advice incorrect. Never mind, I expect you feel better now.

The all reported words were to indicate that I had reported gardening express not other posters. Using this particular channel to warn others is full of posters who are normally pretty good. However, you and one or two others have missed the point. I didn’t ask for advice, I didn’t ask for any childish comments I simply stated a warning about Gardening Express. That was all. To refresh memories GARDENING EXPRESS ARE CRAP. Like it or lump it.

I purchased quite a few plants from Garden Express in April and have not recieved anything as yet. It will be a month this coming week and I have been patient given lockdown. However it is impossible to contact anyone and it just says processing. Does anyone have a number to contact this company or how to get money back ? Thank you.
