Gardening Express selling dead plants

I have had the misfortune to receive five dead plants from Gardening Express. The packaging was battered and bashed. The contents were full of moss and dead thatch. I took pics of everything and sent off with a request for full refund. No response whatsoever. Then they sent a request (generic) to say what I thought of my order!

Needless to say they didnt fare well at all. The director (of what I wonder) is a CHRIS BONNETT and is unreachable and untouchable. He has trousered my hard earned cash and supplied me with dead plants.

DONT buy anything off this company unless you do want dead, water logged and moss ridden plants.

Surely you’ll get a refund . It does clearly state on the site that they don’t have telephone lines, it was your choice to order from them.

Thank you so much for pointing out the obvious. And no they are not refunding me as they aren’t responding.

They won't respond, do a chargeback through your credit card company (hopefully this is how you paid)

I paid through PayPal. It was a relatively small amount but it’s the principal that they sold me dead plants and won’t own it and own up!
