You should now have enough posts to be able to post links on here. If you can't then simply change http to hxxp and post the "broken" link.0

as above ....
NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE
To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Exactly the same as all the other VCS cases. The original MYParkingCharge.co.uk was stuck on my car windscreen on 20/03/2019.
The company is called VCS Vehicle Control Services and says it is IPC (International Parking Community) accredited operator membership number VEH0011
You are replying as if you've not read any VCS threads yet, or the NEWBIES thread that tells you how to win in court, or seen the example defences that include one already written for a hybrid 'not a CN' VCS claim. Thanks for any advice, if this information gives you any more of an idea of what I can do other than pay up.
You need to read the sticky thread and then search the forum for VCS claim and read what really happens and how we win these cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Is that what you need to give targeted advice? I joined Tinypic and uploaded three images, the back and front of the ticket and the final demand letter. There are 6 more letters if needed.

I looked at your link but can only see the red card 'not a CN' piece of trash?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have started to read the Newbies, but don't get the referred to hashtags. I mean I can't find any so it's not easy to navigate. I just keep scrolling and reading and still don't think I can see the wood for the trees or know what happens next or what I might have to do. I have worked out I don't qualify for free legal fees because I am just above the income threshold but as I care for two people and don't get anything for that and often shell out for them I am actually as poor as anyone who is eligible and I am already in debt. So it is scary to go into court with these fees of hundreds even if I am likely to win. I just hope they are slow at the next stage so I have time to get my degree in fighting a parking fine with the odd bits of time I have because that's what it feels like. Bloomin nightmare. But I am even more determined to let them know somehow that they should get an honest living and stop their predatory practices.0

Yay! I have found all the information on the Newbies thread and all the acronyms etc and it's starting to make some sense now.0

Thanks for letting me know. I thought someone asked me to share that on here in order to get better targeted advice. So confusing. I will try to delete it.0
