Did you buy it as a new build? If so then typically they say a new build is around a 20% price premium. People now will be buying a used house. Not true. We picked our EA solely on the basis of their very professional photography. The photographer was here for about 40 minutes, took some fantastic photos and we got a 98% asking price offer in under a fortnight in a currently very slow local market.
