    Hello,

I received two Claim forms in the post of from Excel Parking today.

They appear to have waited until the very last day to send these.

I don't know what I need to do now :(

Go back to the NEWBIES FAQ and read the court section.

Is there a 2nd page? At the moment it's a blank section - it wouldn't be there unless there was something within it.

What is the Issue Date on these Claim Forms?

As the Court Order that you showed us earlier says, you now need to file a Defence with the Newcastle Upon Tyne Court withing 28 days.

They've sent me the original claim forms with dates

    22/02/2019 and 22/05/2019

the letter they've attached is dated 15/08/2019

The set aside form issued said the claims had to be reserved within 14 days from the date of the set aside was dated August 2nd.

But doesn't item 1 on that Court Order talk about consolidating Claims?

Why have you got two Claim Forms if they were to be consolidated?

I'm not sure, they've sent the original two with my old address on with "reference only" on

It's not clear to me either, but item 4 on that Order does say you need to file a Defence for each of those Claims within 28 days, so I guess that's what you must do.

I am still puzzled by the mention of consolidation in that Order...
