Did notice on the NTK they state they will respond to an appeal within 35 days, on the website it says 28 days, not sure what this means?

There is no template for MPs that I know of. Just explain what happened.

Why is there a law (The PoFA 2012) that allows someone who was not involved or even in the car to get a ticket? The UK Government has banned the use of ANPR cameras in council and local authority car parks because they are not ft for purpose, so why are unregulated private parking scammers allowed to use them?

Post your complaint here for the regulars to cast an eye over first if you want.

Hi all, I just have received two parking tickets from them while I was in the car. They were issued at 18:13 and at 18:30 you did not have to pay for the parking so I have waited few minutes and I got the parking tickets. Do you think I can still appeal as I was in the car also it was only few minutes?

You mean you drove in before 6pm but thought you could get away with not paying, just by sitting in the car? What makes you think sitting in a car is not 'parked'? It is.

You should not have driven in at all until maybe 5 minutes past 6pm as they use ANPR cameras at the entrance and don't care two hoots if someone is sitting in their car. Once you are in the site you've been caught by the camera.

Fabulous you got a win! My two appeals got rejected and just working out about a POPLA appeal now! Hope to have some of your luck, don’t like this £200 worth of fine in back of my mind!,
