I'm glad now that I've managed to bring something new to your attention.

Perhaps the OP could be more specific as to the location of the car park

Not sure how to find the land owner.

Apologies @Coupon-mad, im sure you guys must be sick of getting the same question. Doubt still tends to creep in, I just don't fancy messing this up!

I can't find any reference to IP at Fistral, but there over a dozen car parks around the area so it is possible they have sneaked into one somewhere. Perhaps the OP could be more specific as to the location of the car park and landowner.

It looks like it's the former Smart Parking, (and before them, Parking Eye), car park:-

FYI, Ive taken screens af all the wording from the Initial Parking Appeals pages for future use.

Did notice on the NTK they state they will respond to an appeal within 35 days, on the website it says 28 days, not sure what this means?

They have 35 days according to the BPA CoP, but maybe they aim for 28.

I wonder, are they the new Highview? The record for beating them was two hours. Perhaps we should contact the Guinness book of records.

Well done! That's really good news.

Please help us now by complaining to your MP about this unregulated scam.
