Aww hugs for pepys with frustrating Oh's, lack of sleep etc...they are hard dilemmas and no easy answer plus I think that its always easy to make judgements when actually only you know the right thing to do but sometimes it takes time to sort in your own mind. Big hugs for you all in that. I've been happily single for an embarassing amount of time but would rather be single than with someone who was not part of "the team"...Can be hard though as you have to make all your own decisions, pay all bills and deal with life generally. Thankfully I am blessed with lovely friends and a fab mum so cant complain. Couldnt have got through the last few years without them TBH...Can understand re the glasses P - I have them but rarely wear them but can get away with it! Wll done on the bng win - must do some but its one of the things I find soul destroying & soooo mundane!! Go gently at the gym - must go myself! I have Fri & Mon off so will go over the w/e - was distinctly lacking in energy last w/e!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Trying some herbal stuff for sleeping at the moment which seems to help me get off to sleep but doesn't stop the waking up in the middle of the night. Do sometimes find that getting up and reading helps, or coming online for a bit.
Apparently...forget the herbal stuff. Go into a chemist and ask for a chemical nytol. Apparently that works welll.redsquirrel80 wrote: »Do you feed the checkouts with lots of coppers from the change jar as well or is that just me? :rotfl:
Nope - me too. Best part of a fiver in 2p's...

I think it is so sad that a piece of paper with a metal strip through it or a circular disc of silver can have this much of an effect on relationships,
after all that really is all it is. it's like playing shops as a girl, money is nothing really if you think about it..
It's not money having that effect - it's people. People's desire for money, people's desire for love - and an absolute determination to not work for either - leads to murder and mayhem.on bank notes, "we will pay the bearer on demand the sum of £10 pound, but what is £10, where is it hidden? do we ever see it?
Strictly speaking, it is 10 troy pounds of fine silver. Which is worth about £1,200 at the moment. Needless to say the government can't afford that, so you'll just get another promissory note proclaiming that the good name of the Bank of England will just about scrape to giving you a piece of paper in return for this one.yet it breaks relationships, breaks lives and on very very sad occasions ends them. People fight over money, they kill over money they steal for money when in reality what is it? (oops, overly philosophical P coming out there.....) I thought about it last night in bed.. this is stupid i'm lying here wide awake thinking about a piece of paper with a number written on it....
But ironically - it's very important. Empires fall when their currencies expire. We too shall pass.I always think people look like their avatars when they have people in them, (with the exception of Zed, he's not a female, that i know for a fact:rotfl: )
No you don't! People could just be pretending that I went to the Blackpool meet..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I've tried pretty much everything at some point, including prescription sleeping tablets - the chemical ones do work but the 'hangover' effect can be horrible, one of the prescription ones almost destroyed my short term memory while I was taking them.. the ones I'm trying at the moment are meant to alter your melatonin & serotonin levels to help sleep, think they might take a while to work. I've never been a great sleeper so I'm kinda used to it, just gets on top of me now and then :rolleyes:Nope - me too. Best part of a fiver in 2p's...

Rampant sex while blindfolded will have the same effect, and will be more MSE...redsquirrel80 wrote: »I've never been a great sleeper so I'm kinda used to it, just gets on top of me now and then
OK, you're trying the rampant sex then...redsquirrel80 wrote: »:rotfl:

P - I was thinking about your 'money is just paper' speech on the way home, unfortunately it's what it represents and allows you to do that's the real problem.. I do know what you mean though, the very fact we're on this forum shows we probably obsess about it too much! Sometimes I think I'd worry less about the little things if I had to face something big - not that I want any major disasters in my life! Maybe I should go and bungee jump or walk across hot coals or something.... PMed you re facebook thing btwDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

When I get the chance - which isn't as often as it should be unfortunately!Strangely, I've always slept better with somebody next to me (even if there was no rampant sex beforehand :rotfl:).. do you think I could tell OH he has to move in with me for medical reasons?
