wooo go you!!!!!! welldone!! how did you find it?
It was great - lovely sunny day, and I found a fantastic route out of town, through some woods and then back beside the river. Think looking around and making sure I was going the right way made it go a lot quicker, so I'll have to plan a few interesting routes to keep me going... good way of getting to see places I didn't know before anyway! Only started to struggle a bit around 6 miles, with sore feet more than anything. Was seriously achy last night and ended up sleeping in some funny positions with a hot water bottle between my knees:rotfl:Not too bad this morning though!!

Hello bouncy lady (that sounds a little wrong somehow :rotfl:)! Good luck with that CV! I'm doing 'practise answers to interview questions' today, looking up lots of tips online which seem to contradict each other... blaaah... anyway, enough of that for now, I'm off to the pub!

today has been a lazy day... not much of anything done at all if the truth be told... Been playing with the bidget planner and dreaming of not having debt... Looked at my mobi bill on line and much much lower than that which i budgetted for so that has been adjusted and is more of a rosey picture than i thought.
Just about to have a quick shower then off to a friends for a cuppa and a girlie gas....
Hope everyone else has had a good day today... LOL at the bouncy lady bit... didn't mean bouncy in *quite* that sense of the word!!!!
Glad you got up to the allotment today ISOM, but take it easy with those stitches in....
