    Hi Pania!

Well, a gym membership obviously feels the right way forward for you with your enjoying it so much, so go for it. When I moved here, I tried to join my local gym, but I just don't like it. There's no feeling of airiness in there at all, the ceilings are very low, its yuck. Thats why I bought my own cross trainer, for a way to exercise during the winter, tho unfortunately I use it about twice a year. Still, doing mystery shopping nowadays can sometimes give me a lot of exercise - fast walk to my local train station, 20 mins - and another 20 mins each way at the other end, I was fast walking for a total of one and a quarter hours yesteday! Can't be bad.

Ello!! Back now, veggiemite, tea, toast and working on the puter on my lap!!! (well i say working, it's there, in the background, somewhere.:rotfl: )

God ONLY knows what was wrong with DP this morning, talk about wind up his tail or what!!!! you could say it was rather a brisk walk on my part!! trying to keep up with mr trotty beside me!! little sod. :D
Back leg was looking good though, even out in the field so hopefully 3 days of exercise is having some effect. (or is it affect? darned english language! )

Great to see the verdicts on the gym from you guys, EAMD it will be a fab place to escape to for a couple of hours each night, or during the day and although they don't have a pool they have a sauna and a steam room which is fab! i will have l'oreal skin in no time!!:D :rotfl:

Hey Karma how you doing sweet? had to laugh at the crosstrainer, but great news on thew walking, can be as effective as lots of things and keeps your heart healthy which lets face it, is kinda vital. Is that the only gym near you or are there othes just a bit further afield.

Frustrated at the mo, the brisk walk has left me all energetic and in a silly mood with no one here to be silly to and having to speak professionally to clients! boo hiss. :rotfl:

Cuppa tea time, anyone else for one? no biccys though i'm afraid. :o

  • I never turn down a coffee!

See def worth it from what you have said above! And the l'oreal skin will just be an added bonus, and just think what you'll save in moisturisers :rotfl:

Evening P, hope it's all going well, sounds like you're enjoying the gym, and too right you're allowed something as a treat, especially when it's something that's going to do you a lot of good! :) xx

    HERRROOOOOOO!!!!

I'm heeeerrrreeee!!! I have been around, just lurking lately though...

Truth being, I am feeling rather ashamed. I am not QUITE the good little dfw that I have portrayed myself as to you all.

This month I could have....ebayed, (the pile is expanding, nowt worth much but all worth a little something)
Done some matched betting, (truth is i'm a little confused where togo as my next port of call.)
more bingo bonus bagging, (pandapawa love her very kindly sent over a list of bingo sites, in the deluge of PM's from the weekend i accidentally deleted it:o )
Put more books/cd's on amazon, (sold 2 books could've been more)

Completed mystery shopper application ( I only had to print it out and send it back for goodness sake:doh: )

Fill out and send back my aqa application.

All that extra lovely money and i'm just leaving it sitting there to go to other people. Any one want to return the favour of a really good really hard kick up the swifty?

Went to the gym tonight, I'm not signing up til friday but managed to get another freebie sesh purely by phoning today and asking nicely. I ran, I cycled, i pressed up i sat up I got the nice man to spot me on the weight things ;) and then i collapsed, picked up a free paper, treated myself to a nice cold ice cold glass of coke, and came home. Can't wait to be a fully paid up member of the keep fit club. the gym is FULL of as OH put it "top totty"
so plenty of motivation to whip this sorry asse into shape!! I just have a feeling i may be sleeping rather a lot from now on!!

OK, so a few days early but goals for feb, Just to refocus the mind.

    1) to complete the list above (with much kicking, shouting and punishment from you guys to get me there)
    2) get somewhat nearer the fitness required to actually make it around the marathon course alive and not in an ambulance..
    3) speak to barclays about withdrawing the £100 spreadbetting amount i have that is supposedly withdrawable after 6 months... hmmm wait and see
    4) FINALLY with the help of the OFT sort the abbey out, get the default removed and the account written off as it was their error to start with!
    5) Get through my next months review with de boss...:o

So a bit of a busy month ahead and i have no doubt this list will expand come the first. wooooo Just realised it is now (being 00:01) the day before payday!!!! YAY!!! :j

ok, need to ask a very serious and pertinant question on a new thread, you're not allowed to laugh ok?

    ooooh I ache!!!

Getting a bit anxious, Is nearly the end of the month and I have hardly been able to claim any commission this month, things from december haven't carried over and it is most definately concerning. February's paycheck is going to be dire, thank goodness I have the money lodged with mum to fall back on.
I have no doubt i will keep my head above water (just) but I hope things pick up in february. Extra motivation to get all the things above sorted out!!!!

No ones called about the dog walking yet, ho hum.

    Hope everyone is ok today.

    Hellooooo!

Right, stop beating yourself up about the things you haven't done, you've been pretty busy as far as I can tell, and you have been doing a few bits (Amazon for example). Anyway, you've got a list now so I expect to see them all ticked off in the next few days ;)

Can sympathise over the tight month money-wise, got paid yesterday but I'm gonna have to be very cautious this month

Sounds like the gym is fun - must get my lazy self down to ours next week...

ps your sponsorship is on its way, just waiting for some funds to transfer onto prepaid debit card thingy.
