sorry guys, i defied you all. Chip shop chips it was, only £1.50 and that is all i shall spend today. and re the distance to run??? Hmmmm about 10000 miles i think!! Best i get my trainers on!! ;-)

Beef dripping? I'm sure they are lovely? Any chance i can try some in carrot dripping?

Run faster - keep you warm. In fact if you went out dressed like Lindzy of the Sunday Sport, you'd run fastest of all.

Got codeine and paracetamol (BP, so very MSE). Normally does work for just about everything, but not today for some reason.
