Virgin as said they use their own cables ( no competition on them )


Reduce price start move away and current ISP usually come back with a better offer .

Though not sure if you can move to a old Fibre from FTTP .

Can't see why not providing you have your old telephone line active?

Yes if they wired in the copper , No if no copper connect connection to Master Socket .

Decided to move to Sky. Asked a few more colleagues who are currently with Sky and they are happy with their BB.
If BT come back with a cheaper deal once I have signed up with Sky, tough. If they are able to offer a cheaper deal then they should offer it before customers switch.
