OP is going to Ireland, which is in the EU. Why do they need a worldwide policy? There is nothing indicating a worldwide policy is needed.
So, yes, I will ask again, why will they need a worldwide policy? You can obviously see something I cant.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Obviously.
The answer is clearly indicated in my original post. It addresses specifically those who rent a car without CDW.
Perhaps the OP was booking via a US website.0 -
The OP has all the possible answers to his questions, even to ones that he did not ask.
I answered the questions asked. The combined CDW/Excess car hire policies indicated above, cover you fully for the contract indicated above. Though perhaps less reputable car hirers will try to insist on you taking their cover.
Suggestions have be made as to finding another car hirer that does include CDW(but you will still need to purchase an excess car hire policy in order to cover what Super CDW would cover).0 -

Well worth researching for the more reputable car hire suppliers that include CDW in their rates and don’t force you taking their cover after standing in their queue for what may seem ages.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
