Has anyone been moved over to the new first direct Internet Banking yet? Their website mentions it's a phased roll-out.
Mine is still using the old version. If you're got the new version, is it much of an improvement? Any new features?
The old internet banking was old and clunky and lacked some basic features like increasing your overdraft limit, so hopefully the new version is an improvement.

So far, I just have the new login screen, and it runs in a full browser tab (not a pop-up window). Once in, I don't notice any change in the core functionality.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards, Savings & investments, and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards. Same here, just a new login screen and no longer a pop-up window, which is better (the pop-up seemed to date from the days before you could open multiple tabs easily - which was, er, millennia ago). But once in it's just the same old clunky slightly annoying interface.0 -
Same as others.
Don’t get excited, there is nothing to look forward to.0
