Dailies all done and not much else. I've spent the past 5 hours (minus time sorting stuff for a customer who knocked) laying on my bed going backwards and forwards to the bathroom as I tried to work out which Ar90s shelves/units/cabinets/shower rails would fit in our tiny bathroom as we're finally getting the work done on it this month (either this weekend or the weekend after next as it's a 2 day job). I have a short list, after ruling out all the too wide/deep stuff but really need to see the wall cladding/finish before I start buying stuff :rotfl: I don't want all the accessories etc to be brilliant white if the walls are brilliant white or we'll be blinded every time we go in there. I also can't decide whether to go sleek and modern or traditional or eclectic :rotfl: I'm not used to this "you HAVE to work with this" as I've never really decorated a bathroom before except for slinging some paint on the walls which took it from apple green to pale peach. :o

BUT it's time for me to get some lunch as I have yet again forgotten to eat. Then shower and pop out to work. DS can help whether he likes it or not, it was his flu bug hitting me a few weeks back that has me so messed up with work!:mad:

 Juliejim, it's good to see you here :j

I have decluttered sleep this afternoon, as a migraine was threatening. (Yes, I recognise the pattern.) Rosie and I managed to time our walk so that we didn't get rained on - result!

    Good evening :D

I have been AWOL this week! Dailies have been done though.
I have been spending time researching fridge/freezers - our attempt at sorting the problem didn't work :( It is still freezing at the bottom and I don't think it is cold enough at the top. The controls don't seem to be working either. We are not using the bottom drawers, which is about 1/3 of the capacity. New one is being delivered Monday week - so it's small, frequent shops & using up the freezer stuff for the next week!

Not MSE, but I have also paid off the balance on our holiday this week :j It's been an expensive week so far. And the car is booked in for a service and MOT on Monday - let's hope that isn't too expensive

I have a list of some admin jobs that I might try and tackle tonight - I will probably fail!! :rotfl:

Hugs to all those that need them

    Hello juliejim :hello:

This evening I have loaded the wm for tomorrow. Yep - that’s about it. I might write a list of all the jobs that I really want to get done tomorrow otherwise I think I am giving up and watching Monty Don (alright - I really watch the programme for the dogs :D)

    Lovely to se you Juliejim!

You'll find the thread MUCH quieter these days.

Just popped a load in the WM. I'm hoping to catch up with the laundry this weekend as I've been saving the drying for today as the forecast is so much better. Plus, of course, I missed a day Tuesday as I was called to work.

Mind you I've everything else to catch up on, too!

Hope you all get some sunshine!

Morning all. Hope you're all ok.

Dailies have been done here over last couple of days and light fittings in hall cleaned.

Today I should have been going to college and Bowls but I have a migraine so have given apologies to college and will see how I feel later. The dogs are going for their weekend sleepover so I don't need to worry about walking them.

Going to wash up last nights plates then go back to bed.

    Have a great day everyone.

Fell asleep on the sofa again last night. :o Woke up at 5am by a dog sticking his cold wet nose in my face complete with sneezing, I definitely prefer my alarms on my phones :rotfl:

  • Morning. Hiding at my parent's house with Pickle, so less flying required and mum has taken charge of our washing - love being looked after like this.

Toilet training still going well thankfully.

Have a lovely weekend. Reading about all of your adventures even if I don't feel like I have anything constructive to contribute.
