The front of the house is off putting. Could you put some pots of flowers on the gravel to cheer it up. It just looks a bit depressing.
People can easily visualise themselves doing that if they see decent value for the size and location of the house, no amount of fiddling with presentation will sell an over-priced house nowadays, if this house is overpriced that is.0 -
I never noticed that but when I looked again I could see that you were completely right. They even look wrong.
How much discount do you think you can expect on a house where the interior doors have been fitted upside down? It makes you wonder what else has been fitted badly or wrongly.
Very little IMO, as they can be changed easily, where size, location, type of area and what the neighbour sold for can`t.0
