Yep, definitely upside-down.Are those interior doors upside-down? Surely the window should be nearer the top than the bottom...?
You wouldn't believe how many times I've seen that. Not quite as bad as my sister's last front door though which had the latch facing the wrong way so you could just push it open from the outside even when it was locked. They'd been there 18 months before I pointed it out...0 -
Lovely house!
Obviously you need to set a good price to sell. However you get the best price if many people want to buy.
Currently your biggest limitation I see is the colour scheme. De clutter the house. Go to screwfix or something like that. Get some trade Matt White emulsion and paint the inside white. Kitchen red tiles are over powering, not much you can do.
If you don’t believe me go to a new build and have a look, white or magnolia is what they paint. They can paint it black or neon pink but they don’t.
Same goes for your fence, paint it brown or something normal.
I bet a prospective buyer will knock 2-3k off to replace those tiles with white metro ones. Whilst I see the matching effect, I did this with my house when single and didn’t see how awful it was. My wife binned it a few days after she moved in (sold her house) and redid it, she works for a big house accessory store and selects products for them. I can see her telling to remove the plates etc. Threw all mine in the charity box and got plain white0 -
The front of the house is off putting. Could you put some pots of flowers on the gravel to cheer it up. It just looks a bit depressing.0

What about those round the corner brunswick place 5beds(no floor plan) £150k0
-
Definitely overpriced compared to what else is currently available and has recently sold in the area.
I reckon it needs 10% off if you really want to generate the interest required for the quick sale you're after.0 -
What does “priced with flexibility “ mean?2021 GC £1365.71/ £24000

Looks very nice, agree about a bit of colour out front to brighten it up.0

Good luck selling quickly. I'd try a lower price, leaving less room for negotiations. As it is, your flexible price isn't attracting punters.
Also, the front view needs brightening up with some pot plants. Plus, move the neighbour's bin before photo, and try to get your other neighbour's garden in the shot.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Sorry broken arm, typing one handed.
Definitely need some pots out the front. Which boundary is yours? Would putting a fence in stop you opening your car door? Next door looks unloved, is it a rental?
Offer to weed your neighbour's frontage, possibly next door but one also if you cant get their weeds out of shot. Once you've tidied up, put your front external photo first.
Reorder the photos so 'ground floor lounge' comes after your main lounge. I'd also take out the telly and unit and style it as a music/hobby room or something, borrowing a guitar to give the impression. The sofa is too deep for the width of the room. It makes the room look small. Would it fit better under the window?
I like green and yellow, have both in our house, but yours is a bit overpowering. Knowing it took us 4-5 coats of cream to cover up a too dark green, I know I'd be in for a lot of decorating.
I'm confused by the yellow hall. This is shown after the front view but the door doesnt appear to be the back of the door shown in the front view.
ETA Some pots out the back wouldnt go amiss, neither would repainting the fences in a less horrendous colur go amiss either! Ive never seen a more unattractive color!Make £2025 in 2025

I never noticed that but when I looked again I could see that you were completely right. They even look wrong.
How much discount do you think you can expect on a house where the interior doors have been fitted upside down? It makes you wonder what else has been fitted badly or wrongly.0
