  • So I picked up a tub of Quark the other day to give it a go (on a dreaded D.I.E.T. so anything lower fat is a bonus).

If I wanted to use quark as a bechamel sauce substitute in lasagne, what would I do with it? Just season and bung it into my lasagne before backing in the oven? Should I heat it first? I've seen other recipes that involve mixing it with eggs and milk/ricotta - is this necessary?

Almost regretting picking it up - more fuss than it's worth!:rotfl:
In a better financial position than ever before (thank you MSE!). Moved back to Scotland and now trying to keep debt-free!
