My German ex daughter-in-law when ever she returned to Germany always wanted her Mothers new potatoes covered with Quark garlic and herbs. She also made cheese cake with it and mixed with I think was yogurt and used it as a salad dressing. hope this helpsSuicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.0

Nope I don't have ill bird. But quark cheese stuff. I tried in raw the other and it was vile. I picked up the wrong thing by the way.
I now have half a small tub left. What can I use it. I don't have any idea apart from bin it.
Or maybe bake it with some fruit in it.

It's wonderful stuff, I use it to make homemade tuna dip with. one can of tuna, 1/2 carton quark, 2 tbpsns mayonnaise and some paprika - 3 bags of crisps later and I am a bloated whale on the sofaOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things
