    Thanks. Mine was set in Category View so looked different.

    I had already done this but via a different route and set martin up.

    I was a bit lost for the account name - put the same as mine and the same password.

    Could not see a prompt for profile of the user either checked or unchecked.

    Thanks. That does look clearer. I think I have reached overload for now so I am going to start afresh tomorrow and get this sorted once and for all.

    Have tried everything suggested and have partial success.
    I have set Martin up with his own e-mail address and as a seperate Windows User. This enables him to have his own iTunes account.

    I am still frustrated though that any e-mail he receives comes into my Outlook mailbox rather than his own on his User desktop.

    I am assuming this is because although he has his own e-mail address now, it is on my account.

    Think I'm burnt out on this for the time being. Thanks to you all for your help and advice.
