Yes the label is one I print out though, that is normal I take it? I hope there as useless in the returns department and just process it without anymore headache. Then I’m never going near these lot again not even if their giving something away! Just not worth the hassle.

If the label is prepaid and given within the case deadlines, then you need to use it to return the item, within the deadlines.
