something wierd , the listing does not state feedback numbers , which i thought was odd , I then googled argos / ebay , and the same , no feedback shown

Looking through some feedback via the app and found a few others with similar complaints of unactivated cards. One was for apple gift cards, there is definitely something not correct about their sale process of these but how to get this actually noticed I have no idea.

If you have opened a case you must abide by the case deadlines and requests.

Have you been told to send the item back and has the prepaid tracked label been supplied? If yes, then you need to post within the deadline given in the case. That is all you have to do.
