I guess if you do a deal you also get an RPI clause added into the contract.

Everybody seems to be including them in everything at the moment.

After signing up to Vodafone but before my switch I was contacted by EE and offered £20 a month for 18 months to stay.

What package did you have with EE? And did you take EE up on the offer?
I'm looking to move to Now broadband with Super fibre and anytime calls for £30 a month (£22.50 if quidco tracks and pays).

36 meg fibre, unlimited at £26. Including 5 gig mobile data. Email said it was rising to £28, but I could leave instead. I have agreed to take the offer.

If an EE broadband customer has received a notification about the price rise, do they just need to inform EE that they want to leave by the 26th June, or do they need to place the order with the new provider by the 26th June?

    Thank you
  • Noticed my "fixed" price EE broadband deal had gone up by £1.50 per month, so checked the T&Cs from when I signed up, this confirmed the price was fixed for 18months, checked the relevant price guide document, no mention of a price rise provision in there... called EE..

Was told I should have received an email about a price rise. (I hadn't). I mentioned the T&Cs and the price guide checks I had just done, after a short hold I was given a one off credit equivalent to the price rise for the last two months and the next ten.

If you haven't been informed about this price rise, call them up.
