:TWell done for confirming my point.Great job of showing yourself up just that little bit more.:T0

Unpleasant one -- who raised an issue, people explained to him, he didn't believe it, or he didn't understand it, kept debating, at the end even he realised he was wrong. He probably would say "no need to be so rude", "no need to raise your voice", "we all made mistake", "it is not my fault"....thousands if not hundreds excuses...
Angry one -- who spot some people's mistake, gave some advice and proved himself right. Not once, twice or even three times...at the end he might lost his temper. And he was the one asked to shut up! Because he should not be "rude", should not "raise his voice", should not point out some other people's mistake.
Well, we live in a true world!0 -

MY 2p 's worth to anyone who wants to read.
LTSB used to have a monthly saver paying 8% for 2 years.
If you have one of these - great - you will get 8% gross for the 2 year term.
They now offer a one year term paying 8% gross.
Both accounts will change to a Guaranteed tracker acount when the account matures.0 -
I'm another one who has just checked the paperwork!
My husband and I both have two year 8% Regular Savers (opened in September and December 2006).
Am I to understand that these have not changed and we will get 8% for the whole of the two years?(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -

Let me rephrase my earlier post.
It seems to me that the only person that responded correctly to Lee last night and this morning was Little Voice. The others who happen to have been members for quite a while could do with reminding themselves/trying to understand the forum etiquette. Ok so Lee was misinformed by Lloyds but why should he believe what is posted here if not a proper link?YB is the only person to have given a link as far as I can tell.
This topic came up a little while ago and it took me all of two minutes to dig out the T&Cs.Job done and emotions intact.
exel1966, please do not PM me again, I have no desire to receive any from you or to correspond with you.
It is a certain type of person that tells people to grow up and that was further demonstrated later.0
