Ok so I’ve given the washing machine another day off and will do the towels tomorrow.

I’ve tallied up the numbers and I have £47.29 to last me 6 days so that’s £7.88 a day :eek:

Working from home today so that’s a NSD and a days worth of petrol saved.

Towels are done and flapping away on the line.

So now my £47.29 has to last 5 days - so that’s £9.45 a day, much better.

I had an egg roll for brunch today and then we’ll have pizzas from the freezer for dinner. Not a very healthy day!

Starting to see a lot of space in the freezer and cupboards - seem to have an excess of rice so will have to do a chille/curry to use that up.

WFH again today so a days petrol saved and another NSD.

Leftover pizza for brunch and then we’ll have fish in sauce from the freezer with new potatoes and veg for dinner.

£47.29 to last me 4 days now, so that’s £11.82 per day. Not much planned so should be ok.

Forgot to say - I successfully managed to cancel the redundancy policy on my dmp so that’s a little extra coming off it each month too.

A day in the office today. Only tomorrow to go on the petrol front so should be fine now even if the light comes on.

Another day off for the washing machine today - I should have thought of this years ago! Just hope we notice the difference when the electric readings get sent in. I won't be able to do this once the sports season starts again but will make the most of this break whilst I can.

Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - tuna mayo and a pack of ryvita found in my desk drawer
Dinner - YS pie with tinned new potatoes and baked beans

Gotta keep on plodding on.

I'm keeping up with my penny a day challenge and trying to stay a little ahead when I can.

I need to spend around £6 at lunchtime so will tally my figures up after that.

I think I'll spend an hour going through my wardrobe on Saturday morning - if I don't find anything to ebay I'm sure I'll find some bits for the charity bag. And I'll feel cleansed!
