I can highly recommend the 1 % thread. Im doing mine differently this year and listing savings not debt. This seems to have been more complicated however as as fast as i save something crops up and my percentage goes down again.
The pay a debt in 100 days is nice to. Im on a dmp still so i have altered it in that im trying to clear the equivilant of my smallest debt in 100 days which is not quite how its meant to work. Ha ha

Not much happening at the moment - just keeping on going.

The pub lunch catch up next week has been cancelled so that's £10 not being spent - will need to be rearranged though.

I have a day out tomorrow (already paid for) but will need to top up my travel card.

Breakfast - cereal, lunch - leftover sausage & beans on toast, dinner - slow cooker curry with naans and rice.

Will be trying rice in my electric steamer for the first time - fingers crossed it works out and doesn't end up in a sticky mess :o

The washing machine has been enjoying quite a few days off lately - I try to stick by the rule of not using it 2 days in a row and it seems to be working out. I won't be able to keep this up once sports seasons start up again but need to make the most of it now.

The dishwasher never goes on 2 days in a row anyway but I've been trying to hand wash any bulky bits to keep it to every 3 days - that being said it went on yesterday and I need to run a cleaning cycle through it tonight.

I'm currently sending £10 a month to an emergency fund account - like, super-emergency-not-to-be-touched account. This is not to be frittered the day before payday knowing it can be replaced the next day - this is for a situation like an emergency vets bill (this happened last year which is why I started this).

There's £70 in there at the moment but when it gets to £120 or £150 I might stall it for a while and send the extra to the DMP as I'm nearing the end of my challenge.

Another busy weekend aaaaaannnnnd back to work :(

Had a great day out on Saturday - half pre-paid the other half budgeted for.

The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing, movie watching, tv catching up and tidying up the house. I also managed to get 5 things listed on ebay and plan on doing 2 more things every night from now on. Have almost filled a bag for the charity shop and will drop that off on Friday when I'm in town.

Have been running down the supplies still. Today breakfast - cereal, lunch - leftover curry from the freezer, dinner - pork chops from the freezer, new potatoes and veg.

Still nothing from onepoll. I requested payment 3rd May and it says within 28 days so I guess if nothing by Friday then I'll email them. In the meantime just got to keep plodding slowly towards a new payout total.
