I've just joined the 1% challenge on the challenge board. It's unlikely I'll do the lot by the end of the year but I can certainly make a big dent in it. 1% = £67.00 If all my ebay items sell this week that will be my first 1%.£30,000 £7059.17 DMP consisting of...

I didn't manage to list anything on ebay last night but tonight I plan to list a decorative bottle, a top, a shirt and 2 dresses.
Breakfast - cereal, lunch - last of the curry from the freezer, dinner - YS sausages, mash and baked beans.
Still plodding along!£30,000 £7059.17 DMP consisting of...

I've an old 1 litre wine bottle that I've been saving 5p's in (only coin that will fit through the neck) for about 4 years. It's not even half way full and I always swore that I wouldn't touch it until it's full. I'm just thinking now if there's say £50 in there it would be better coming off the DMP than sitting in there right? I'm torn as to whether to cash it in or not.£30,000 £7059.17 DMP consisting of...

Thanks for stopping by OF - I think I will do that with the 5p money. Will count it out tonight whilst watching a movie - may well even have my first 1% of the challenge.£30,000 £7059.17 DMP consisting of...

Good luck with the 5p. Keep the bottle after. We used to have a large size whiskey one that unfortunately broke. It was always really fun as kids to tip it all out and see what was insideJan 18 Joint debts 35,213

Oh I will deffo keep the bottle and start it again - 5p coins are annoying in the purse/pocket so I don't miss them. I didn't get round to counting it up last night as we were both a bit fed up so decided not to do any chores and give ourselves the night off. Will deffo do it tonight though.£30,000 £7059.17 DMP consisting of...

I finally got my payout from onepoll hit my account this morning! That's being withdrawn straight away at lunchtime and going into my DMP overpayment envelope.

Breakfast - scrambled egg on toast, lunch - leftover pizza from the freezer, dinner - YS sausages, mash and baked beans AGAIN!
I really don't mind eating the same meal 2 days in a row but do try not to as I think it must get boring for my OH. In this case the YS sausages weren't separated when I bunged them in the freezer so they all had to come out together - that will teach me.£30,000 £7059.17 DMP consisting of...
